Q. What are the days and timings for delivery?

A. We provide delivery of orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not delivered on gazetted or other declared holidays.


Q. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for all orders equal or above $50.00. For orders below $50.00 delivery charges will be added to your invoice according to the city of delivery..


Q. What is the handling time for orders?

4 business days.


Q. Do you offer shipping all over US?

Shipping is ONLY available in the lower 48 states. Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Boxes will not be offered.


Q. Do you charge any return fee?

Free return is ONLY offered when the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning item with defective and damaged reasons, the item will be tested by the warehouse team upon receiving and if the defect isn’t found, you’ll be charged return shipping fee. All other return reasons will be charged in return shipping. In case the supplier doesn’t approve the free return, we will pass the return shipping fee to you. That is something we cannot waive off.


Q. What is your return policy?

We accept 14 days return for damaged or defective products.


Q. Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued if the order cannot be cancelled by the supplier. If the items are shipped, it can be returned only by you with a return shipping fee paid.
